BWR Plywood

BWR plywood or boiling water-resistant plywood, as the name suggests, is highly water-resistant plywood. It is completely waterproof and is widely used to make furniture for home, office as well as outdoors. BWR plywood is made from phenolic resins.

HDF Woods

High Density Fibreboard/Hardboard is like MDF in that it is a man-made composite panel product that is manufactured from compressed wood fibres. It is a stronger, harder product than MDF with a typical density of up to 900kg/m3.

BWP Plywood

BWP grade stands for boiling water proof grade which means the plywood boards with BWP mark are boiling water proof as par standard norms. They can withstand prolonged exposure to water and moisture.

Veneers with Lacquer finish

If you are a wood lover and want to add natural wood touch to your shutters, you can choose the type of wood veneer for your shutters.

Veneers are a thin slice of Natural wood produced using a slicing or Rotary machine. Compared to wood, one of the primary advantages of using veneer is stability. While solid wood can be prone to warping and splitting, because veneer is made of thin layers of wood glued together, the chances of splitting or cracking are reduced.

Advantage of veneer is sustainability—furniture made with wood veneer uses less wood than the same piece of furniture made with solid wood.

Laminate

A Laminate is a composed of thin layers of flat papers pressed with resins and finished with décor paper using High pressure. Laminate is widely chosen by customers because of its wide range of options to choose from Mat, Glossy, Textured, Metallic, Leather finishes available in Wood grain or solid color patterns. Its comparably more durable, cost efficient and easy to maintain than any other finishes.

PVC Membrane

PVC Membrane foils are another option to choose for your shutters to have an aesthetic and highly appealing Finish. Since the shutters are made by machines, they do not require edge banding like the laminated or Veneered shutters.

PU Lacquered finish

Polyurethane coatings are particularly recommended for application to surfaces subject to high levels of wear-and-tear, where excellent chemical/physical resistance is required.
